3.- NIVELES JERÁRQUICOS Y OPERACIONALES DE UNA INSTITUCIÓN FINANCIERA:

Una institución financiera normalmente está conformada por cinco niveles jerárquicos y operacionales y son:

Nivel uno: Directorio. Que es el órgano que se encuentra en el más alto nivel y se constituye en la máxima autoridad de la institución, las personas que están en este lugar, son los que toman decisiones de mayor importancia y está conformada por la Asamblea de Socios o Accionistas y el Directorio.

Nivel dos: Ejecutivo. Que es la máxima autoridad, que tiene por obligación ejecutar las decisiones del Nivel 1 y, es responsable directos de la administración del Banco y está conformado por la Gerencia General.

Nivel tres: Asesores. Está representada por unidades que presentan asistencia técnica especializada al nivel 1 y 2, normalmente está compuesta por el departamento de Auditoria y Asesoría Legal.

Nivel cuatro: Operativo. Son los encargados de cumplir las funciones de la entidad, como ser la captación y colocación de recursos, prestar servicios y otros y está conformada por la Gerencia de Operaciones, Gerencia de Créditos y Gerencia Comercial.

Se puede decir que el nivel operativo es el apoyo directo principal del nivel 2, porque ejecuta las decisiones de la gerencia general.

Nivel cinco: Administrativo. Es el que apoya administrativamente a todos los niveles, aportando instrumentos físicos e intelectuales, es decir es el encargado de proveer los recursos humanos y materiales para el funcionamiento de la institución.

3. HIERARCHICAL LEVELS AND OPERATIONAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION:

A financial institution is typically comprised of five hierarchical levels and operational and are:

Level Four: Operation. They are responsible for fulfilling the functions of the organization, such as the recruitment and placement of resources, provide services and others and is comprised of Operations Management, Credit Management and Business Management.

It can be said that the operational level is the main direct support Level 2, because implements the decisions of the general management.

Level Five: Administrative. It is administratively supported at all levels, providing physical and intellectual instruments, ie it is responsible for providing human and material resources for the functioning of the institution.
